At BYSRA Manufacturing, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the conditions below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a standard return, the product must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled.

  • In its original, undamaged condition.

  • Returned with its original packaging and included accessories.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return.

This restriction does not affect your rights concerning defective, incorrect, or misrepresented products.

How to Start a Return

Email with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, BYSRA Manufacturing will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label, as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fees apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order number so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
